Welcome!
We’re excited for you to get started. Here is an overview to help you get the most out of this e-course.
Keep in mind that this is only a suggested approach—you aren’t required to follow these steps in order. Feel free to jump around or skip sections according to your tastes. To navigate to the immediate next section, click on the "complete and continue” button, positioned on the top-right for desktops, bottom of the screen on the app.
Step 1: Read the welcome letter.
The curator that selected the book shares what makes it a Next Big Idea Club pick.
Step 2: Watch the introductory video.
Discover what the author has in store for you, as well as some background on the origin of the book.
Step 3: Introduce yourself!
Let your fellow members know about your interests. What is it about this particular book that interested you? Is there a problem you’re trying to solve, a specific skill or perspective you’d like to learn?
Step 4: Take your first lesson.
Here we go! You’re welcome to view, read, and answer any or all of these sections. Lessons typically include:
- a video that introduces a big idea from the book
- a text transcript of the big idea video
- a quiz question and/or a discussion question
Step 5: Enjoy the resources and bonus materials.
